Theft was reported Monday after two unknown subjects ran off with a man's wallet and some of his cash in the 800 block of North Timberland Drive. The man let the duo use his cell phone while he went inside a store. When he returned, the pair had taken his phone and some cash. When the man called his later in the evening, a woman answered and said he could have it back for $50.
A woman reported that her great-granddaughter hit her several times in the face Monday morning on South Timberland Drive. The assault caused swelling and bruising to the woman's face.

Arrests and charges include: Gregory Boston, 38, exhibition of firearms; Kathy Ann Crawford, 37, warrant for child support; Frank Williams, 67, aggravated assault; Matthew Whittemore, 18, minor in possession, seat belt violation and failure to appear; Michael Whittemore, 25, forgery; Homer Glenn Hubbard, 45, public intoxication; Truman Lavelle Havard, 26, driving while license invalid and no insurance; and Ruben Sanders, 48, evading arrest.
The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Fanstino Lopez, 30, Monday afternoon and charged him with driving while intoxicated.
