A man told Lufkin police on Saturday that late the previous night two men wearing masks and gloves entered his apartment in the 2600 block of First Street and held him at gunpoint, demanding to know where he kept his hydroponic marijuana.
The man said the gunmen looked around his apartment and, when they did not find any, left.

A manager of a store in the 900 block of South John Redditt Drive arrived to find that a large hole had been cut in the back wall of the business, and that more than $10,000 worth of cell phones had been stolen from the stock room, according to a police report.
Police officers also found that the lines to the phone box had been cut.

A woman told police that her ex-husband has been leaving vulgar messages on her phone as well as Facebook posts to her and her son and that recently she received a threat by phone from her ex-husband's girlfriend.

A woman told police she had heard someone knocking on her door at a home on Circle Drive during the early morning hours, but that she did not get up to answer it. She later discovered that her phone was not working, and she went outside to find that her phone connection had been damaged.

A man told police that while he was visiting a friend in the 400 block of Locke Street, an argument broke out and he was either punched or struck in the head with an object, causing him injury.

A nursing home resident in the 400 block of Gobbler's Knob told police that while he was gone, someone had entered his room and used his computer and printer paper to print their cell phone bill without his permission.

A man told police that during his step-son's visitation with his father, the father took his step-son's iPod player and his video game system and pawned them.

Loss prevention employees at a store in the 3000 block of John Redditt Drive told police that a man and woman took several phones off the shelf, concealed them and walked out of the store without paying for them, and then refused to stop for management after setting off the alarm when leaving the store.

A woman told police that sometime during the week, someone stole six fishing rods and reels from beneath her car port in the 1300 block of Avalon Street.

Someone stole four hubcaps off a woman's vehicle at her apartment complex in the 3500 block of John Redditt Drive, according to a police report.

A man told police he woke to find that his generator, which was chained to a metal pipe stair railing off his back porch, had been stolen sometime during the night.

A manager of a business in the 1000 block of East Lufkin Avenue told police he found someone had entered his business by kicking the front door open, damaging the door. A portable radio/CD player was found to have been taken from the business.

A woman reported that sometime during the night, someone entered her vehicle in the 500 block of Lubbock Street and stole the video monitor from it.

A principal of a school in the 700 block of Lubbock Street told police that someone had broken out a window to gain access to the office area, where it was discovered that at least two desktop computers had been stolen.
