Bullet holes were found in the window frames of an abandoned house in the 400 block of North Timberland Drive Sunday, a police report stated. Two large glass windows on a vacant building were shot out.

The Lufkin Police Department made seven arrests late Sunday and early Monday. Arrests and charges included: Lonita Williams, 24, failure to appear for theft; Joshua Handy, 18, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana; Carl Lee Milligan, 49, public intoxication; Sharon Boden Milligan, 38, public intoxication; Jay Garner Eagle, 41, DWI; Kevin Alexander, 41, motion to revoke probation; Lenora Washington, 30, failure to pay fines for no driver's license, speeding and no insurance.

The Angelina County Pct. 1 Constable's Office arrested Samuel Rodriguez, 20, and charged him with two failure to pay fines and five warrants.

The Angelina County Sheriff's Office made four arrests late Sunday and early Monday. Arrests and charges included: Craig Benard Foster, 35, failure to identify; Gayla Joy Ayers, 57, DWI; Shashoun Brown, 17, disruption of class and refusing to sign; and Joseph Scott Gonzalez, 27, no driver's license, no motor vehicle registration and no insurance.
