Q: Please publish what the law is for bicycle riders on streets. Due to the rising prices in gasoline we will see more and more bike riders. I have seen other bike riders in the middle of the road. I also have had motorists scream at me for riding my bike on the road. I would love for Lufkin to have usable sidewalks but no one wants to pay the taxes needed.
