The Lufkin Police Department made eight arrests late Thursday and early Friday. Arrests and charges included: Thomas Robinson, 36, engaging in organized criminal activity and a parole violation for possession; Salvado Zamarripa, 20, possession of drug paraphernalia; Hector Robels, 21, public intoxication; Gary Lee Colquitt, 27, public intoxication; Michelle Thomas, 25, public intoxication; J.B. Whitaker, 68, public intoxication; Angela C. Lee, 32, harassment; and Sarah M. Mechaca, 32, assault/family violence.

The Angelina County Sheriff's Office made seven arrests late Thursday and early Friday.
Arrests and charges included: Krystle Perez, possession of dangerous drugs; Luis Garcia, 21, motion to revoke probation for burglary of a vehicle; Maricela Cabrera, 40, possession of a controlled substance and theft; Alfred Moye, 46, bond revoked; Fabian Lopez, 22, possession and transport of a chemical with the intent to manufacture, six Class C warrants; Jose Alberto Bucio, 31, revocation of probation; and Toni Michelle Ford, 19, public intoxication.
