The Lufkin Police Department made eight arrests late Sunday and early Monday. Arrests and charges include: Joshua Lee Peterson, 29, possession of drug paraphernalia; David D. Alexander, 35, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; Theresa Riley, 45, possession of a controlled substance, theft and possession of stolen property; Adrianna Elizabeth Padilla, 34, capias warrants for no insurance, no driver's license, unrestrained child and failure to appear; Kay Edward Shankle, 45, expired driver's license, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Jerome Keith Lee, 29, revocation of probation for DWI; and Rhonda Evans, 31, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and theft.
The Angelina County Sheriff's Office made two arrests late Sunday and early Monday. Arrests and charges include: Gaylon Stuart Starkey, 35, public intoxication; and Bryan Stuart Anglin, 34, public intoxication.
The Angelina County Jail housed 258 inmates as of 11 a.m. Monday.
