Way to Go Marita! 50 years of teaching. Wow! I bet she has a few stories to tell. I’d love to hear her perspective on how things have changed in our education system (good and bad) over the past half-century.

There was no sweeter teacher I may not have learned much in the fourth grade but kindness that Mrs.(Witherspoon )Powers had.I had a bad third grade and lived with my grand mother who had just died and never forgot her sweetness to a young girl.She has stayed in my heart .Love You ,Pat Hopson
