Judge OKs injunction, delaying plans for the Neches River Refuge

In early July a federal judge ruled in favor of the Neches River Refuge, a move that appeared to be a final blow to plans by the city of Dallas to use the same site as the proposed Fastrill Reservoir. Full story.

Look out Lufkin, TxDOT and Zachry/ACS have big plans to move your water to McAllen.

It’s called the Lufkin - McAllen water pipeling.

Check out number legend number 46 on the current I-69 map submitted by Zachry and approved by TxDOT.
