DA: Charges not likely in Diboll election case
No criminal charges will likely be filed against five Angelina County residents who inappropriately voted in a recent Diboll city council election where they are not registered to vote, according to Angelina County District Attorney Clyde Herrington.

I think Mike Smith done a great service by stepping down and help resolving this mishap. In my opinion you should me congratulated for this decision. God Bless.

Mike Smith makes a big fat pay check every week doing Diboll Youth Baseball, gets paid to be a volunteer fireman, his plate is still going to be full even if he didnt add this to it.
